Orange slipper orchid flower
Cymbidium Valerie Absolonova flowers have Con color golden yellow background color with faint striations and raspberry red speckles on the petals with a darker raspberry speckled lip that is heavily dotted to the point that it is almost entirely red. There are two flowers and one bud in this photo. And the grassy green foliage is slightly out of focus in the background.
Dendrobium bensoniae flowers are white and have a rich, golden yellow lip with two dark eye spots inside. In the background, which is out of focus, the canes and leaves are visible as well as the exterior wall of the greenhouse.

Cattleya Canhamiana, Veitch 1885 (RHS) is a primary hybrid with Cattleya mossiae and Cattleya purpurata. This cultivar shown in the photo has several large "floofy" orchid flowers. The flowers have white petals and sepals. The sepals are recurved at the ends. The petals flare out in the middle and are ruffled on the edges. The bell-shaped lip is in vibrant contrast, purple with a yellow throat, striations, and white undulating margins.

Paphiopedilum Golden Palace is a hybrid of Paph. Memoria Larry Heuer x Paph. armeniacum. The bright yellow flower has a slipper shaped lip and a fascinating red-orange tessellated yellow staminode. Focused on the lip of the slipper orchid hybrid Phragmipedium Summer Fire, a cross between sargentianum and klotzschianum. Lip is vaguely transluscent with darker green spotting around the rim, allowing light to pass through, appears to glow. Background is out of focus, but still some ability to discern a forest of grassy green leaves.
