A gouache painting on watercolor paper of a dissected sheep's heart. The colors range from reds, pinks, and pale purples to more cartilage-shaded yellows. The organ glistens white in some areas and opens to cavernous dark in others.

Two pencil sketches on overlapping yellow sticky notes stuck into a sketchbook. The sketches are of a skeletal/mummified horse. The smaller sketch in the upper right is a full-body from the side and the larger in the lower left is the skull at 3/4 view.

The horse is dry skin, sinew, and bones, with glowing orbs for eyes. A hole in the skin on the ribcage acts as a window into the cavity, though nothing is visible inside.
