Not a productivity guru, but

Hi, The installer replaced the zappi unit. So that part is likely sorted out, although it is still untested, because my charging cable is still stuck in the old unit. Since the two items are currently inseparable, if I’m to ship the zappi back, I will have to ship the cable with it. The cable remains my property and I would like it back, and operational. As the original Zappi was an untethered unit, the charging cable isn’t part of the charger itself - it’s a separate accessory that needs to be manually unplugged before the old unit can be returned. You’ll need to disconnect the cable from the old Zappi yourself. Once it’s removed, the charger can be shipped back on its own, and you can continue using your cable with the new unit. However, I must emphasize that the cable and unit are no longer separate entities that could be shipped independently. They are fused together. They are welded. They have joined in eternal union. The electrical arc melted the metal pin of my cable and the metal contact of your socket, and these metals have now bonded at the molecular level. This cable has ceased to be separable. It is bereft of detachability. It has shuffled off its independent coil and joined the choir invisible as one inseparable object with your charging unit. The installer attempted separation and confirmed it cannot be done without destroying both components. These two items are married. They are conjoined. They are physically inseparable. If I were to ship your unit alone, I would be performing an act of vandalism upon my own cable, which would remain embedded in your equipment like Excalibur in stone.
