Shipping policy Our shipping policy is clearly displayed on our website and communicated to all customers: Order processing time: 24 to 48 hours. Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after shipment. Due to an unusually high volume of orders during this period, this specific order experienced a slight processing delay. Despite this, the order continued to be processed in accordance with our fulfillment procedures. It is also important to note that the customer did not contact us at any point before filing this chargeback. We received no email, no request for an update, and no attempt to resolve the matter directly with our customer support team. Had the customer contacted us, we would have promptly provided an update on the order status and worked to resolve any concerns. Instead, the customer chose to initiate a chargeback without first giving us the opportunity to assist. We respectfully submit that this chargeback was filed prematurely, without any prior attempt to communicate with our support team, despite our customer service channels being readily available.
