An art video depicting Olly’s design process where I try out a bunch of different character designs, some with long hair, some with different angles and expressions. I eventually settle on a direct portrait of a person with tired eyes. Their hair is in a fluffy short hair cut and at the end of designing their face, I erase the hair style and try a few options: long curly hair in a side ponytail, an androgynous bob, and curly hair at shoulder length. I eventually go with a short curly haircut. I adjust their skin tone and hair colour and add some character information for Olly in the margins.
