sounds like youre grabbing the pds url for the account. do you need help getting this because you shouldn’t need this done manually.
Update - I fixed the part about logging in to BBDQ - you no longer need to change the provider when logging in, you can leave the default value. The code for fixing all existing bots is pretty much done and I expect all bots to be functional again less than twelve hours from now.
okay, i logged in with the new server name added, but it's still throwing the "there was a problem logging in" error for me when i go to update or manually post
i just was logging in and i noticed that bbdq does not recognize providers with a / at the end of their url, so if you are copy/pasting directly and it's not working, check if you included a / and remove it, that'll take care of it! thanks so much for fixing it
