A NYT/Siena College poll conducted in May found that 74% of Democrats opposed providing further military and economic aid to Israel.

Once a government is credibly accused of atrocity crimes, continuing to arm or materially support it is not legally neutral. International law creates real exposure for aid, assistance, and complicity, so members of Congress should understand that these votes can carry attached liability.
