The Thorn looks back at you with a tired excitement, a ragged and rough hand placed against your wrist. The two of you push aside the bramble and climb your way up towards the illuminated warmth ahead. Even if that warmth is to be short lived, nothing will stand in your way to feel it together.
Two dragons, one black and feathered, the other white and horned. They are poised, back to back, each one's tail curled to face the other, and at the end of each tail is a visage of themselves, of the princess and the quiet, opposing the opposite. These two are one and the same. They fear and rely on each other. They are more than a single set of eyes.
The head of a princess sits above a pristine blade, both submerged in blood, both within an hourglass cage. Turn it over, and the cycle repeats.

She has you right where she wants you, beneath the freedom of the night sky, with tendrils of light and reaching hands looming behind her. With each strike, she becomes more desperate. This isn't rage - not exclusively - nor is it thrill. Something glistens on her cheek. It can't be over yet.
An amalgamation of princesses sit together, cramped into one shackle. You carry possibilities - revealed by the colours reflected off the light from her barred window. Each face, pained and warped, is illuminated by the faint visage of herselves and herself made happy.
