Even at zeroed GtG=0 pixel response, MPRT persistence is still nonzero! There are 2 main ways to shorten persistence (frame visibility time) to reduce display motion blur. 1. Add more black time between frames (black frame insertion, strobe backlight, etc) 2. Add more frames (higher Hz & fps) /2

Another beneficial effect of high refresh rate displays, is the reduced stroboscopic effect for many. The stroboscopic effect (fixed gaze, during screen motion) is still visible above flicker fusion threshold (~85-100Hz). Also visible in games too (stroboscopics on bright/dark edges & objects) /3
