Screens look different with stationary vs moving eyes. 1. Moving eyes creates motion blur from persistence, via eye tracking of screen motion (moving objects / pans / scrolls) 2. Stationary eyes means screen motion exhibit stroboscopic stepping stepping effects. This effect is not affected by GtG.
