I hope Resident Doctors find that, overall, this is a good settlement The normalisation of training ratios to <2:1 will need (qualitative & quantitative) monitoring & evaluation #NHS #Future #MedicalStaffing #MedicalEducation #PatientCare #PatientSafety #OptimisedOutcomes

There’s a lot of good stuff here. Sad that I didn’t get to personally benefit from it. But delighted that there is something positive for trainees now in the system. Whatever they decide, full support to my colleagues 💪🏻

The choice is yours: Vote YES and accept the offer, or vote NO and return to escalated industrial action. Full details of the offer and how to vote will be shared soon.
