You know what? These green chicken enchiladas from Ernesto's in Sealy, TX? Pretty damned good enchiladas! Seems like they use the chicken that they'd use in any other meal, and the green sauce hits pretty good. It's been a long-ass week. Nice to see a good Mexican shop next to my last delivery.
