A mechanic shop's intake report of a car that came in for a non-functioning windshield wiper. The car was found to be extremely dangerous listing severe structural damaging rust on the frame, brake lines, suspension, and transmission cooling lines. Along with major leaks around engine, transmission, and steering system, some of which are leaking onto the exhaust and pose a fire risk. Front wheel bearings are about to fail and all ball joints have damaged boots. Throughout the report and 15 times at the end, it says "DO NOT DRIVE THIS VEHICLE" and that no repairs were made.
