This is a Polaroid of Jim Ward- considered the granddaddy of the piercing industry- piercing the nipple of “Rufus of Rochester” - late 1970s or early 80s. Note the thimble on Jim’s finger; early piercing needles were considerably less sharp than their modern counterparts. http://sacreddebris.com
