Collecting this one is already notoriously annoying, requiring the placement of one shrimp pack on each corner of the game's map, plus one in the center of the Alpha Root Base's basement drain. Everything must be done on the same day, and the basement shrimp pack should be placed before 22:00 in-game time. You must then look at the shrimp pack, and then look away until midnight. Some time after midnight, the pack will be replaced with the plush and a sound will play. Unfortunately, as of 0.8+, getting the plush to appear is extra finnicky, requiring many settings to be reset to default. I tried many combinations of settings, with 10+ minutes of waiting for each attempt, before I FINALLY got the plush. Why is this damn thing so difficult to collect? Hell if I know. Hopefully some of those restrictions are made more lax in the upcoming 0.9 update.
