1st monsoon storms today are nearly stationary over the Rocky Mtn NP area but that will change. Latest short-range guidance looking a bit more hopeful for outflow driven storm development in the Boulder-Denver area after 4PM. Can't come soon enough as temps are at 98° now! #COWx
