Scooters are not "active travel", and what about cars and roads and 2 tonne SUVs? They are going to cause a whole lot more damage, blind or not. Our environments are engineered for cars. This is the whole cookie meme. Cars are the problem not cycling, walking or micro mobility like scooters.
