Dr Jakke Tamminen (RHUL) will present findings from the AdSleep project, exploring developmental changes in adolescent sleep patterns and their impact on learning, memory, and education. He will also discuss Snoozify, a smartphone app designed to help teenagers build healthier sleep habits.
