Brad Fitzpatrick @bradfitz.com · Jun 23 Hey @goodtogo.wsdot.wa.gov, a unique merchant-locked credit card number (from Privacy.com) I've only ever given to you guys tried to buy $2,200 of sandwiches. Did you get compromised? I closed the card and see no other activity on it, at least.

That's a *really* weird choice of "first test transaction" on a compromised card number -- it's not a small ("writeoff") amount, and it's not something durable that's easily fenceable. Good that it's a per-merchant card number you can easily disable!
We have no evidence that your information was compromised. You should follow up with your credit card company to report the card as being compromised.
