The same girl, just from an older time. You can tell this is old because I drew this in apple notes. I will do anything in my power to not use a normal art program.

Speaking of her beautiful face, it is winking at you with her tongue out, with cute cheek stickers and a glimpse of her amazing red eyes. Her outfit is a sweater that cuts off at her belly, and some black shorts. Very epic!

The text around her reads: “ahahahaha so funny story, right (and promise not to get upset, please) my artist, uhhh… kinda ran out of nonoposts… now I should stress, that doesn’t mean he’s stopped drawing me entirely!!! (in fact he has a lot of leftover ideas he wants to flesh out eventually) but, uhh… you probably won’t see me as often as you used to. sorry.” Artist’s Comments: And that’s a wrap! Honestly I complained around the end but this was a fun experience all around. Realistically I should’ve focused on smaller stories instead of long comic series so I’d burn out less but other than that, posting these made me appreciate Nono a whole lot more. She’s cute, sexy and funny! You should all draw her! Please, I’ll repost them all, I swear.

Yet another illustration of Virus trying to force herself into a girl’s room, this time he has collected the key to everything (at least that’s what I assume he’s holding), while looking more exhausted than he’s ever looked in his life while an ellipses hangs above his head. The second panel has the paper change to “please verify your age lol” which leads into Virus’ reaction in the third panel, which he looks in disbelief at what he’s seeing, letting out a string “what.” Try and guess when this was drawn. I had left Juxt after this, and Nono had been left to rot for all eternity. UNTIL THIS YEAR!!!!!!!
A short comic featuring Nono, Yellowbear, and a metric shit-ton of text. The first panel has the back of Yellowbear’s head as she vents about her imposter syndrome issues to her, starting with (god help me): “Y: It’s a bit embarrassing to say, but you’re probably my first real friend in a long time. Y: All my other friends left me when I started streaming, and I’ve only had people come and go during that time. Y: I feel like I shouldn’t complain though, since I’m pretty popular… but it just doesn’t feel genuine. Y: I can’t stop since I need the money, but I desperately want to escape this prison I put myself in, putting up a facade for people who don’t know any better. Y: I want out, and I’ll do anything to free myself.” Nono, stunned at the wall of text she just received, responds the best way she possibly could when a stranger is venting about issues she knew nothing about, whispering a tiny “I should’ve prepared for this…” and responding with: “N: I’m sorry, this is a lot to take in at once… N: I can’t really help with everything, but I’ll try my hardest as a friend. just don’t do anything rash, please.” Artist’s Comments: Oh no, Yellowbear has just opened up about her struggles and Nono is forced to help since she initiated, what will she do?!?!?! Nothing. There’s nothing more. This is where it ends. An unfinished comic where I essentially spill out a poor hurt character’s insecurities, and Nono, just… doing the bare minimum. I’d say this was a fitting end, but… I’m frankly disappointed. I had a different comic idea planned and I almost wish I did that instead of this boring mopey shlock, but the past is behind me. My stuff got deleted, I left Juxt, got sick for a month, and got too busy to continue. Goodbye, Nono. I… actually didn’t hate you, all things considered, I just got bored.

Anyways yeah the caption isn’t a meme, I wanted to highlight some of the people that were supporting me throughout my nonoposting career (the ones that WEREN’T being a pain in my ass before and after the fact), and APPARENTLY I made the major mistake of not making one guy more visible, or more prominent in this image. I mean, ignoring the fact that I had run out of space and fitting him in would’ve been really hard, and the fact that he still IS in the image, just in the back slightly, but you can STILL MAKE HIM OUT!!!!!! I just was over it at that point, and him messaging me after my mental health episode back in last August was kind of the straw that broke the camel’s back. Of course he still tries to message me despite the last time we spoke HE blocked ME and what the fuck do you want me to do about that, so here’s a message to him, if he even reads these which he probably doesn’t: Please leave me alone. I want nothing to do with you. Keep my friends’ names out of your fucking mouth. Rant over, I’m tired.

Success!” Her recent texts are coming out of her phone, and reads as: “Y: That’d be nice. N: Yay! New Friend! N: ME EAT YOU WHOLE. N: sorry.” The second half has a Nono that is very proud of herself, wearing a closed smile on her face and saying “Friends are nice.” There are more texts from Yellowbear, which reads as such: “Y: You’re pretty funny, lmao. Y: Now that we’re… friends, can I tell you something?” Artist’s Comments: Somehow I managed to get away with drawing the same kind of image three separate times. Look, things are dire, and Nono doesn’t have much longer on Earth anyways. Also this is another one that I had to painstakingly redraw because of a stupid idiotic dumb stupid connection error clearing all my process. This does not bode well for the future.

Y: I mean YES Y: That’d be nice.” Artist’s Comments: I’m not sure if you’d call this “artsy-fartsy” but it’s definitely unique in terms of composition. I’m sure we can all relate to Yellowbear - we all have that one person reach out to you who’s the nicest you’ve ever seen and they wanna be your friend. But you’re thinking: “but I’m so unremarkable and boring and you’re a hotshot, surely it was just a mistake!” Then they reveal they were being serious and ow you’re friends forever. If you’re that person then… you are very special and the world needs more of you. More Nono’s, I’m not so sure.

Not only is it The Same Joke again, but this is actually a REDRAW - like post 100, it errored out when I tried to post it so all I had was a photo of it I had to painfully trace over. Not fun, especially when you aren’t the best at taking photos, but I managed to fix it up. This also happens again later but I’m getting a bit ahead of myself.

N: wanna be friends?” Nono sits proud of her methods of approaching, saying to herself “this usually works.” Artist’s Comments: Here is Nono in her natural habitat, attempting to hit up conversation with the local streamer. The approach she employs is impressive, but it’ll take a lot more than that to secure the kill. Does Nono have what it takes? I’d hope so, otherwise what am I doing here?

I really don’t like Juxtaposition.

Artist’s Comments: Yep, that’s right, I’m reusing old jokes again! That’s how you know I was running out of steam. Well at least this one looks slightly better, even if it got nuked just like the last one. It was just too hot for the wire to handle, I suppose. Also in regards to the last one, the comments were actually pretty funny. A lot of people were into the gag of Nono and her feet, which made me happy for the ten seconds I could see it.

I finally get to do something this month!” The second half has a door with a piece of paper taped to it reading “のの” (that’s Nono’s name btw) with a keyhole that Virus didn’t account for. The back of that angel boy’s head is peeking out from the bottom with text reading “damn it” coming out from it. I don’t like Juxtaposition.

Realistically I shouldn’t have listened because this post got deleted after posting, but you know me, I’m not terribly smart, or make good choices in life. Least I saved it so I didn’t have to redraw it like the first time so, I’m happy about that. Girl’s got some good feet. I wonder what her secret is. …you think she’d let me have a taste? As a punishment for attempting to overthrow the queen, of course. It beats being hung from the gallows, that’s for sure!

A comic featuring Zip (remember him?) and Nono, discussing things. Zip teleports in with his hands together, checking up on Nono by saying “Hey Nono, it’s me again. Just wondering how you are, since it’s been a bit.” Nono herself is faced away from him and has a very focused face, responding to Zip with a firm yet polite “I mean aside from the bedrotting and wondering why you’re not tempting into my head, I’m going good.” The next panel is from the backs from both characters. Zip is extending his hand out, apologising for continuing to pop in unannounced and following up with “So, uhh… congrats on reaching 200 posts! That’s a pretty big milestone. How are you planning to celebrate?” Nono continues to face away from Zip, looking at the television set which is displaying a picture with bright bold colours and a jar of what is supposed to be Nono’s sweat, with the text “GENUINE! ONLY 200 MADE! AVAILABLE NOW!!” beside it. Nono’s cursor is visible, in the shape of a crossed out red circle, while she is sweating more than usual while whimpering under her breath “I, uhh… I probably shouldn’t answer that.” Artist’s Comments: By some miracle I have made it to 200 nonoposts!!!!! You can’t see it but I’m wearing a shirt commemorating the occasion and a party hat and glasses themed after Nono. I’m frankly surprised I haven’t given up yet, though I got close to several times. Who knows what the next entries will have in store for us? Only time will tell. In the meantime go buy Nono’s jarred body sweat. Rub it on your skin, drink it, pour it in your kids’ eyes - I don’t care! As long it is out of our warehouse because godDAMN does it stink.

I mean obviously I wasn’t very happy (debatable if I’m happy right now tbh but that’s a different issue), and I’m… not sure if that has anything to do with the image. I think I just wanted to draw her being held up by strings. Maybe it was an excuse to show off her sole and ass. Who knows??????

Here she is making a thumbs up and posing very cutely, her long sweater that also doubles up a a dress that has a bear emblem on the breast area, and fishnet stockings below that leading into her black boots.
The second comic image featuring Nono and Yellowbear, this time it’s after a stream is done. The panels are meant to be happening at the same time, the first on the left has Yellowbear signing off for the night, making a peace sign while saying “Looks like I’m out of time, sorry guys! Gotta run for now, remember Yellowbear loves you!” Nono’s side has her reacting to this with disappointment, saying “aw rats, it barely felt like the stream even started…” The next two frames have them looking towards each other, Nono still looking in awe at the screen, while Yellowbear lets out a massive sigh as the colour is drained from her as she heads offline. The next two panels has them react to the last moments of the stream, Nono looking up in ecstasy in her bed saying “man, I envy her. how does she cope with being so popular?” Meanwhile Yellowbear does the exact same thing but on her floor, making a face that’s hard to describe with void black eyes while saying “Ugh, “Yellowbear loves you”? That’s rich, I barely even love myself.” Artist’s Comments: The second of these comics, and one that helps lay the groundwork for what is to come. Yellowbear is secretly depressed and hates herself despite being somewhat popular, and Nono envies her despite not knowing her struggles. There’s a parallel that can be made here, but once again - I’ll talk about it when we get there.

Artist’s Comments: Well, here we are. The Yellowbear saga. The last comics series I did while Nono was relevant. Also the introduction of said streamer. I don’t know what convinced me to create a character like her, nor why I would pair it with Nono, who so far is already pretty depressed herself. I’m sure it’ll all make sense later on! Hopefully. It won’t. Sorry.

A bar is at the bottom indicating a level of some sort, while the rest of the image is otherwise pretty standard. Artist’s Comments: I put a weird amount of effort into this stupid gag. Like making a game screenshot using the SG-1000’s actual colour palette limitations, as well as having Nono not view it in stretched mode like a neanderthal would. Also said girl appears on the cartridge too, what was I on while drawing this?!?! Sometimes when you have a good joke you just wanna run with it. And if the joke is girls bursting with piss then… you might as well run as fast as you can.

For this it’s Nono fishing for compliments because of her low self esteem! Or at the very least trying to get more out of Zip for a really weird statement from him. Either way, very cute times all around.

And those aren’t gimmicks, that’s just me.

She is based on Miku. Tell your thoughts to the Miku. She won’t judge you, or look down on you, or call you names, or leave you suddenly, or… I’m losing the point here.

Artist’s Comments: As a young kid, I was always kinda scared of my old television. It would show these weird images that I liked, but it would scare me just as often too. I was always terrified by things like the Klasky-Csupo face, or those Disney Channel end bumpers that would play music, or stuff I probably shouldn’t have watched as a kid like the pre-cancellation Family Guy Fuzzy Door logo or the Gracie Films end screen, especially following a Treehouse of Horror. I was practically obsessed with it still, it providing me with a sense of escapism from what young me considered a “rough time”, either from familial stuff or generally not understanding myself that well. I gained a weird fascination with TV idents and logo stuff afterwards, even making my own (which I hate to admit, it’s kinda cringe), but after a while I started getting self aware about it and stopped looking at it for a time. Of course, I was still curious during that time, but it wasn’t nearly as common. Recently though, I was taking a second look at the logos I was obsessed with, even some new ones, and it all just kinda came back to me. I’d talk to absolutely nobody about what I liked about each of them, and would feel like how I did back then. However, when I’d stop watching… I’d feel kind of lonely. Anxious, isolated, like something was gonna happen, especially if I watched that stuff at night. I didn’t really know how to describe it, I’ve never been a normal child but… it just felt off, I was more on edge than usual. Anyways here’s Miku again but TV version! I’m pretty sure this was the thought process behind the music video so, I understand. I’m not particularly smart about a lot of things but I understand pretty well.

Artist’s comments: Everyone say hi BiSu!!!! She’s here because I needed to draw an image to set the record about my identity straight, since the kids on Juxt kept thinking I was an icky stinky girl. Then again I don’t particularly blame them, I don’t think I drew BiSu ever on that site, and to this day it’s still the only BiSu I’ve given them. Also I feel like having her as an avatar only makes it more confusing… plus there’s my interests and a bunch of other factors… but let’s not think too hard about that. Let’s just laugh at the stupid kids and move on with our lives.

To the right of her is Sakiko Kasuga, the acoustic guitarist, with one hand in front of her and the other on her cheek as she winks at you with a cute look. Last but not least is Meu Meu, the drummer, doing her own thing in the background with one of the Mimi plushes while looking positively ecstatic the entire time.

Artist’s Comments: Look okay, I know this seems like I’m beating a really hairy bush but this was more for the convenience of the people on Juxt. They never saw the reference image which this post is… referencing, so I’m considering this fair game. Though the fact I have to resort to reusing ideas from older Nono stuff is a bit concerning. Whoops.

Artist’s Comments: Here’s that thing I always do when it comes to new Nonos. This one might be my favourite of them all - perfectly on model, accurate to the reference, and it perfectly shows off the gimmick of the month, which is Nono refusing to take care of herself. This will be important later.

She asks you in a polite, very affectionate matter “W-Wanna play some Tokimeki Memorial 2 or something? I hear it’s a doozy!” Next to that is her on a laptop commenting about her portrayal, squinting hard at the screen while looking disgusted saying “Why do you keep drawing my feet? Is it a kink or something?” Above that is Nono from behind, crawling somewhere with extra detail placed on her bare feet and ass, her sweater off, looking back at you nervously as she responds to the below doodle with “The answer is… maybe. I won’t tell.” Lastly there is a doodle of Nono sitting down with her sweater off again,looking embarrassed as she raises her left arm up, revealing her armpit and more smells around her, as she says to you “Hey, I don’t stink! It’s a natural musk, a true girly scent.” A thermometer is beside her to show that she is cooking herself alive in the summer heat.

There are visible clouds around her, and stink lines coming off of her body while her cursor is still flying around her in the shape of an X. Nono screams calmly yet angrily, in perfect(ish) grammar “zip for the love of GOD can you PLEASE warn me before you teleport in unannounced?!” Zip is still present, standing at the side, looking kind of embarrassed, and replies with a simple “Oops, sorry.” Artist’s Comments: We’ve finally made it, the biggest and last Nono variation! At least the last one I did during my time with her. Here she is, the stinky sweaty smelly barefooted NEET Nono that I basically created just so I could see how much smell and foot related jokes I could get away with. Also could potentially be a month long vent in relation to my mental state at the time, but it’s too early so judge that, now isn’t it?!?!?!?!?!

Artist’s Comments: Man I ain’t got shit to say about this, I’m just sad for her. Maybe I’ll get something done for her eventually, but it sure as hell ain’t gonna be soon. Probably.

From the scrapped character design to an entirely scrapped story line to me just yadda-yadda-ing how Zip and Virus are just in Nono’s head, this month’s just been kind of a wash in all honesty. At least next month will be better, …right?
