the setting for auto clips which reads:
Toggle on to request to join Alpha testing of Auto Clips, an AI-supported tool that identifies engaging moments from your streams, and helps you automatically create and publish clips with captions, including clips that contain multiple moments from your stream, saving you time on clip creation and editing.

If you are accepted into the testing, Auto Clips will be enabled for your channel and the tool will auto-create and auto-publish clips to your channel for you. The clips are your User Content under our Terms of Service, and you can delete the clips or opt out of the testing at any time. Alpha testing is currently only available for English language channels with VODs and clips enabled
