bread @bread.codes · Dec 8 The GB has 2 bit color (2bpp), meaning the color options are limited to only 4 colors, but that also means 4 pixels can fit in a single byte (¼Bpp). As opposed to most modern bitmap formats, where they are 24bpp / 3Bpp, or 32bpp / 4Bpp (with alpha transparency) [5/15]

All of this info about GB graphics also applies to the GBP! The structure of the image format is up to 640 byte chunks of tiled 2bpp image data. Moving on, serial data packets are incredibly simple for the GB Printer. Here is the structure of the packet. I'll explain each part next. [6/15]
