"The problem with the free version of ShinyDex is that it's just kind of a bad piece of software IMO. Limiting ongoing hunts to only 5 hunts and having your dex only show the Pokemon Home models makes the 2 things that its meant to do just inferior to any other free shiny counter app. The free version being as bad as it is solidifies why I feel so gross about ShinyDex as it feels super corporate to me and some stuff from last year where a ShinyDex ambassador was spamming advertisements for the product in replies to people's shiny posts still leaves a bad taste in my mouth."

i had bought a whirlipede card mag found at a card shop. this card was at the top of a pile of cards i had bought through him and he had left them on his desk near his window, when a gust of wind blew all the bugs away. he managed to find them all EXCEPT for this whirlipede and it just so happened that the trajectory of the wind was directly in path of a vent that is near impossible to access the inside of. since he already owned this card, he decided to replace my lost whirlipede with his one. dont worry though, as a second chilling reign whirlipede was found inside of the stack of cards i bought from america, so it most likely isn't stuck in the vent.
