Figured out why Vectron wasn’t starting last night. Mike was checking port 0x00FE to see if any key was pressed after the game had loaded. Easy fix. Border effect timing is still a bit off. Might explain why some other games don’t start.

Also late night coding, nearly slept through my alarm! Also added the floating ULA fix for games like Arkanoid that use it for timing, thinking it may be that.
