I bought this exact bag of lettuce from Wegman's and got the terrible stomach bug several days later.

I would assume most lettuce comes from Taylor Farms as they dominate the grow in Salinas.

Check your lot numbers. It's from multiple suppliers. This one is from Taylor Farms, as indicated by the TF, TFPM, TFRB, and TFRS. This also applies to other store brands including Aldi, Target, Kroger, etc.
