This is literally factual and I deliberately did not say anything in the name or description that could be considered harassment or speculation. And I only add people to the list if they specifically put “lolisho” in their bio or they repost loli content.

I have to assume it's the age old "you noticed that there's a problem, which brought the problem to our attention, and we'd rather not have to acknowledge the problem, so we're saying you're the problem now" that or it is stupid automated shit that just sees some No No Words and doesn't do context

There are many more accounts I wanted to add to the list but didn’t because I didn’t want to get dinged for unsubstantiated accusations. If this moderation list violates the ToS and the dozens of “anti-cub” or “anti-loli” lists don’t, then I can only conclude that Bluesky moderation is pro-loli
they are mass reporting you and the moderation action is automatic ie they are gaming the system
