A screenshot of Brian answering the same question about a different motherboard from the comments in his blog. That answer reads: "Honestly, the Odroid H4+ was never even considered. The number of SATA ports on the Odroid H4+ (4) is fewer than the Topton N2's (6) and the amount of RAM it can support is limited by the number of SO-DIMM slots and the expense/availability of DDR5 SODIMMs. It also seems like a waste of the H4+'s best feature, it's size. The H4+ page claims it can be adapted up to fit in place of a Mini-ITX motherboard. If I built something with the H4+, I'd want a case that aligns with its form factor. The Odroid H4+ is a very interesting little motherboard, but it's ultimately not really aligned well with the subject of this blog."
