Please help stop the undemocratic expansion of the Toronto Island airport. Toronto has an excellent plan for the waterfront that includes housing, reclaiming and reconnecting with nature, flood resistance, parks, playgrounds, and other things Torontonians and tourists need and enjoy. There is already a plan to expand the Mississauga airport. Doug Ford's plan-free idea to expand Billy Bishop airport ignores both of these with no demonstrated benefit. It's insulting that so far the Liberals are talking about public consultation, making us citizens prove we don't want a new plan instead of making Ford prove his plan has a any merit. He is from the opposition party. You nee to oppose him. You are new the Liberal caucus, so I doubt Carney will want to listen to you. He seems to be intent on filling his inner circle with his rich, old boys network, but you were elected to represent us, whether or not the PM would prefer you didn't. Your predecessor had a cozy relationship with Ford, and I hope that you can see that the opposite is what Torontonians are desperate for: a champion who will stand up to Ford with strength of conviction. Please join with the other GTA liberal MPs to approach Carney with this issue.

It's autumn and it's raining. We look down on a graveyard where the tombstones are arranged in a circle. In the centre of them is a wide hole with tombstones poking out of the wall, arranged like stairs, leading down into darkness. Three adventurers look wary of the hole. A large dark-skinned woman with armor and a big axe is being held back by a hand motion from a worried purple tiefling. A magenta dragonborn lies on the grass with their head hanging over the edge, trying to get a better look. All three heroes have a day-glow element to their armor or weapons, implying their magical nature in this dreary fall day.
