On top of all these, we can look at current market rate rental listing in the same neighborhood as the affordable housing lottery listing that are drastically cheaper than the lottery listing. I didn't cherry pick the lowest prices but this gives an idea of what you'd see when searching:

So not only does this (and most) affordable housing listings fail to serve the needs of the people most desperate for it, it fuels the very gentrification that affordable housing is supposed to combat while providing an illusion that anything is being done about the housing crisis.
