How do I prevent feeling stuck due to fear from seeing certain realities around the world? You have to help, you have to get involved, you have to show up, in whatever way is accessible and available to you. We all have a choice. We can experience helplessness because we aren't participating. Or we can experience hopefulness because we are. I don't ever feel helpless for long because when I do, I see it as a sign to act. I also know I'm know supposed to do it all alone. I'm supposed to do my part. I hope that is something that can be true for you too.
