Screen shake is a crutch. If your combat doesn't feel heavy without it, your animation is the problem. Try adding 3 frames of hitstop and a slight camera zoom instead. It feels visceral without the nausea. What’s your go-to game feel trick? #gamedev #indiegame

I’d have less of a problem with story-pilled people if they stopped looking at gameplay-centric people as the “weird ones” lol The constant shock that someone would prioritize gameplay in a VIDEO GAME is what bothers me. I say this as someone who also enjoys ADV/visual novels too
