Okay I realized I started on Monday evening so THIS is Day 5 actually: My first sprout got a bit too tall for the box and started growing sideways, I tried the makeshift dome out of a soda bottle with a carton floor. It doesn't look as airtight but maybe that's good? Two other seeds are growing!
