For me, it really feels like Arch/Matheos - Sympathetic Resonance completes what Fates Warning built in the 80s with The Spectre Within and Awaken The Guardian. These 3 are a trilogy separate from their other collective works. Love that the track Stained Glass Sky even cribs lyrics from Exodus.
