card backgrounds give you visual grouping for free but eat space fast on mobile. for a daily-use tracker i'd lean no-card with subtle dividers — keeps info density high so users can scan at a glance

no card. cards add visual weight before they add information. a single accent color does the grouping job and keeps the eye moving — less furniture, more clarity.
