"NHS England have highlighted the importance of the development of specific breathlessness pathways, particular in the community. Cardiology and Respiratory teams have a key role within this pathway and have been tasked with working together to implement such initiatives. Echocardiography is fundamental to this pathway dependent on patient presentation and clinical context."
