On the home screen, press the hamburger button to open the menu, then scroll down and go into Settings then Account, and then into Export My Data in which a prompt to download your CAR file should show up. Press the Download CAR File button. When you press the button, it should darken and a spinner will appear, indicating it's downloading your CAR file. After a while, you will be prompted for a folder in which to put the downloaded CAR file, which will be placed with the name "repo.car" if it already doesn't exist there. In my case I put it in Documents, then a new folder named Bluesky. On Android, after choosing a folder you're allowed to use for the CAR file, it will request a permission to access the folder you selected. Allow it to continue. Then after the dialog will close and a notification at the top of the scteen saying something like "File saved sucessfully!" will appear.
