The Bucket Hat Brigade stands shoulder to shoulder with Vancouver Whitecaps supporters and the city that raised them. A club is not a piece on a corporate chessboard. It is built by the people who fill the stands, who carry the songs, who keep the culture alive long after the final whistle. When a community fights for its team, that fight deserves backup. We will rally, organize, and make our voices impossible to ignore until the Caps stay in Vancouver. The club belongs to its community and we will not back down. #SaveTheCaps

The Bucket Hat Brigade continues its boycott of the MLS/LigaMX Leagues Cup and will not attend any matches. This tournament prioritizes commercial interests over the integrity of both leagues, devaluing domestic soccer and disrespecting fans. While we’re excited that MNUFC’s first team will play in the US Open Cup, we encourage our members to opt out of buying tickets for the Leagues Cup. Let’s send a message: prioritize players, fans, and the history of our domestic tournaments.

Public Statement from the Bucket Hat Brigade We are excited to share an important update regarding the future of the Bucket Hat Brigade and our supporters group heading into the 2025 season and beyond. After thoughtful deliberation, we’ve made the decision to shift our primary focus to supporting MNUFC2. While this was not an easy decision, we firmly believe that this transition presents a valuable opportunity to bring our unique energy, passion, and commitment to Blaine, where the Two's need dedicated support. This move aligns with our values and love for the game, and we’re eager to make a difference where it’s most needed. Though our presence at Allianz Field with the first team will continue, our main efforts will now be centered around MNUFC2 in MLS NEXT Pro. We’re looking forward to this exciting new chapter for the Bucket Hat Brigade and can’t wait to stand together with you as we move into the 2025 season and beyond.
