I have redacted the name of the poster to protect the innocent. Text of post reads: RANT!!!! Yesterday my 84-year-old father and I visited the Taco John's on Carey Avenue in Cheyenne. We ordered Mexi Rolls with a cup of nacho cheese. The cup appeared to be only about 1/4 full, so my dad politely asked Devin the manager if we could have another cup. Instead of simply checking, the manager raised his voice, insisted the cup had three ounces, and when my dad asked him to take a look, he came over and suggested we'd already eaten the cheese, which was not true. He then said if we wanted more cheese we would have to pay for it. He then told us that if we didn't like it, we could leave. At that point things escalated and I responded angrily. The manager called the police. For us this was never about a cup of cheese. It was about the way an 84-year-old customer was treated after making a polite request. Customers deserve to be treated with respect. I've tried to reach guest relations because I'd like to discuss this with someone above the store manager and help prevent this kind of interaction from happening again. If anyone has a number I can reach a district manager about this it would be great. All I can do now is leave a message.

A Johnson County Sheriff's Office deputy pulled over [State Senator] Allemand at about 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the Millers Travel Center in Buffalo for suspicious driving, according to a police report. After the officer found an open can of beer in the center console alongside four unopened beers and a loaded pistol on the front passenger seat, Allemand admitted to drinking two beers 15 minutes before the stop, according to the report. The "driver also admitted that he drinks while driving for anxiety," Deputy Caleb Campbell wrote in the report.

The language of the bill states that “any senator whose Senate data, or the Senate data of whose Senate office, has been acquired, subpoenaed, searched, accessed, or disclosed in violation of this section may bring a civil action against the United States if the violation was committed by an officer, employee, or agent of the United States or of any Federal department or agency.” Because the provision is retroactive to 2022, it would appear to make eligible the eight lawmakers whose phone records were subpoenaed by investigators for Mr. Smith as he examined efforts by Donald J. Trump to obstruct the results of the 2020 presidential election.
