He has skillfully navigated the discussions on operational aspects and also the measured pressure on the US. He showed determination and intelligence. LOGCAP V Contract W52P1J-19-D-0045, Task Order W52P1J19F0400 b. Performance Work Statement (PWS) v5.0 Revision 4 (June 8, 2018) c. PWS 04.10 Community Services 1. PURPOSE: The purpose of the LOTD is to cease conducting recreational activities other than sports and fitness. Recreational activities to cease include Bingo, 9 Ball, Jenga, Board Games, Cards, Ping-pong, Dominos, and Video game tournaments, as well as carnivals, line dancing, karaoke, and arts and crafts. Armed Forces entertainment does not apply on this LOTD. This applies to activities on Camp Arifian and Camp Buehring. 2. JUSTIFICATION: Follow Secretary of Defense guidance to focus on warfighting. 3. SUSPENSE: This LOTD begins 14 April 2025 to 31 December 2026. 4. The Government considers this action to be within the scope (activated service) of this Task Order. Additionally, this action will not result in an adjustment to the budgeted cost/funding for the period of performance. The contractor shall immediately notify the undersigned IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.243-7, Notification of Changes, and FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, if the contractor believes this action to be a change and additional costs beyond the baseline will be incurred. This notification shall be sent by written correspondence, and no action is authorized without further Contracting Officer direction. This PWO does not obligate or authorize the contractor to make expenditures or incur any cost exceeding the approved incremental funding.
