In the capital city, Manta Races are often a city-wide event. Fans wave flags and scatter flower petals in support of their favorite racing pair while the Mantas and their jockeys weave through the city's spires and bridges at near-reckless speeds. The city is green and blue toned, most buildings are scalloped roofs with large open windows. In the far background the ocean can be seen, and clouds sweep across the sky.
