The blinding flash of crimson lightning in his head, cast harsh shadows behind and between the thorny vines stretching between the clouds. The gap between the cloud layers seems to stretch infinitely into the vast, dark distance. The edge of Bramble's lower eyelid is rimmed red, the lightning illuminating the edge. In the top left of the frame, Bramble's purple furred furrowed eyebrow catches some small amount of red glow as well. He'll feel better eventually. He knows this. No storm can last forever, no matter how much power is behind it. He'll feel better.

The wire of the fence is buckling, having come undone in several places. The scene suggests imminent, horrible violence, and Bramble can only grin.

Bramble appears happy in this picture, perhaps even flirty, as he creases the off-white sheet with a lazy stretch of his arms over his head.
