Zyon Pullin (24) went undrafted in the 2024 NBA draft, but that didn’t stop the Northern California native from pursuing his hoop dreams. He received a Las Vegas Summer League invite from the Miami HEAT, playing well enough to receive a two-way contract offer. He split last season in the G between Miami and the Memphis Grizzlies before getting scooped up by Iowa this offseason. Pullin has been an absolute firecracker. He’s currently leading the Wolves in scoring with 27.7 points per game (3rd in league) while also sporting a superb 6.0 assist to 2.0 turnover ratio. The insanity continues when you look at his shooting splits of .667/.545/.903. He was never known as a three-point threat (2.0 3PA across five years in NCAA), but he has developed quite well in that area (3.1 3PA).
Interesting that Hernangomez is on Leonard (and is working.) If he's better defensively than I thought, it's a real bonus.
