So he is claiming that AI will lead to companies needing to hire more coders/developers/whatevers along with paying for the AI? His statement doesn't pass the smell test.

Next question for any of these people Casey is: ok how many more people are you hiring then and where can they apply. You won’t get a straight answer. This is all a ruse to increase margins and lower head counts. If it isn’t then these folks should be challenged to prove it

Not sure what the "100 times more than today" answer means. Will new jobs be created, or will there be more "builders" since with AI anyone can be a builder?
"People won't lose jobs because of AI. People will lose jobs because they don't use AI" During an introduction to Co-Pilot. Yeah, yeah. Before AI, we had to check our own work. With AI, we have to check it's work along with our own.
Curious which jobs. Scale AI advertises $25/hour for PhD-level training work. Two lawsuits and a DOL investigation later, the effective rate is closer to $15 once unpaid task prep is factored in. Remotasks workers make $1-5/hour. These are the new jobs.
