The waiter loudly asks "TOGETHER OR SEPERATE" to Heather and Gertrude. Gertrude says "Together!". Heather starts opening her wallet but Gertrude assures her "Don't worry, honey, I'll pay!". Heather asks "Are you sure?". Gertrude exclaims "Yes, ma'am!". Gertrude says "Thanks! I'm gonna go wash up then". She goes to the restroom, grabs a paper towel, and cleans up where the blood has been dripping down her neck. She admires her cleaner form before drooping as the blood starts running down again.
Heather eats fries as Gertrude eats a burger. The art sucks even more. Heather asks "Hey, can I have a bite of your burger?" Gertrude responds "Sure!!!" She then holds out the burger, containing a hamster rather than a patty in what is poorly traced artwork of Dr. Dooom's (Kool Keith's) First Come, First Served.

Heather is uncertain and responds "Uhhhhhhhhh..." as she looks at the menu which only has "BUGS" written in large letters. Gertrude asks the waiter "Can I get a hamburger?". The waiter responds "Yes, ma'am!". Heather asks Gertrude "psst, where did you see that they had hamburgers?". Gertrude says "Oh, I dont look at menus". Heather takes a panel to provess that. Gertrude is just smiling. Heather then asks the waiter "Can I, uhh, get the southwest bowl?". The waiter's mood quickly sours as he responds "NO" "WE DON'T HAVE THOSE". Heather then says "can i just get some fries?". The waiter, now having returned to a smile, responds "Yes, sir!". Heather sits blankly in annoyance and sadness.
Heather asks Gertrude "Any other comic ideas?". Gertrude responds "Toes". Heather considers for a panel, shrugs, and then shows off her feet which have been pixelated. There is a caption saying "Follow on Patreon for uncensored version". There is also a singular "z" to the right of the final panel. I don't know how I ended up doing that.
Heather, a headless chicken, asks Gertrude, a lizard "Hey honey, got any comic ideas". Gertrude responds simply with "Forehead". Heather says "Huh?" and Gertrude just smiles.
