I checked the loft and didn’t seems leaking . So probably caused by the humidity after using shower . The bathroom has a windows but they didn’t seems use it and keep the air flow . So ….what should I do about it ? They didn’t plan to move out , so should I repaint the wall at my own cost or leave until they move out charging from the deposit?
