Conviction and poise require vision. And you can’t have vision when you’re fixated on a threat.
The Way out of survival mode is to imagine and pursue a positive future or follow someone who does.
We have already overcome everything that lies ahead.

2023 has been a year. The highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Difficult, but necessary lessons learned. New friends, relationships shifting, ending, and beginning. Another (nightmare) move, but THIS TIME into the house of my dreams in the neighborhood I've wanted to live in since I moved to Beacon. I am truly home. My life is quieter, more hermit-y, spent mostly with my inner circle and by myself. It suits me well, this new path. I love my own company immensely. And I love those of you in my life. Thank you - and here's to a gentle 2024 (one can always hope, right?)!
