The field commander is a human infantry of the legacy militia. It has a recruitment cost of 4 resources, and a strength of 2. When deployed, the field commander gives you 2 resources. When exhausted, the field commander allows you to deploy a tactic card from the market with a recruitment cost less than or equal to the number of infantry you control.
