Chill a rocks glass, then spritz or rinse inside with - dash Herbsaint In a mixing glass, stir with ice: - 2 oz. Brandy Sainte Louise brandy - 1/4 oz. Tempus Fugit crème de cacao - 1/4 oz. Luxardo maraschino liqueur - 3 dashes Peychauds bitters Strain into the prepared glass (without ice), express an orange twist, then fold it into a pouch clipped onto the inside of the glass with a star anise set inside as a garnish.
Muddle - 8 raspberries in a tin. Add ice and - 2 oz Bluecoat elderflower gin - 1/2 oz Tempus Fugit crème de menthe Stir vigorously or shake. Double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Add more crushed ice and - 2 dashes lavender bitters Garnish with a small sprig of spanked mint tucked into a fresh raspberry.

Muddle one thick slice of cucumber in shaker. Add ice and - 1 1/2 oz. Aalborg aquavit - 3/4 oz. Cocchi Americano - 3/4 oz. lemon juice - 1/4 oz. 2:1 rich simple syrup - dash celery bitters Shake. Ring the inside of a rocks glass with long peels of cucumber and plop in a large ice ball. Double strain the drink into the prepared glass. Express and garnish with a lemon twist.
