Bryce has a bus route in park. And a lot of national park areas are already not accessible by car. Gate to the Arctic doesn't even have roads. Look, I'm from a rural area and get that public transit isn't possible EVERYWHERE. That doesn't mean we shouldn't rethink alternatives to cars.
