The beauty of gaming is in the humans that bring the worlds they imagine to life for players to explore, get lost in, and ultimately be changed by. AI cannot and will not replace the artistry and creative storytelling that has enraptured gamers for decades. It's one of the first things my dad and I ever shared as a hobby. The joy of play and human connection is the most critical part of gaming, and these layoffs destroy the ability for more generations to enjoy the same fun.  Elder Scrolls and Fallout are my beloved franchises and I want to see the people who made them championed and flourish in their careers for breaking the mold and giving us more than I could have ever dreamed of.
